All orders are eligible for free shipping and returns.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The typical order processing time is 1-2 days and the shipping time is 7-14 business days.
Some remote areas may take longer to arrive.

Will my order be fulfilled as a package?
In order to ship the product as quickly as possible, your order may be shipped multiple times. However, you will only receive one confirmation email; you will receive two order emails with tracking information and shipping information.

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of submitting it during normal business hours. Please contact online customer service to confirm an order cancellation.
