Return Policy
Shop with confidence and flexibility this holiday season with our extended return policy, giving you one less thing to worry about this time of year. Any item purchased on or after November 8, 2024, can be returned to our store by January 3, 2025. Online orders must be mailed by January 3, 2025. Items purchased before November 8, 2024 or after January 3, 2025 will be subject to the standard 30-day return policy, provided the item is eligible for return:

Unwashed
Unworn
Original tags still attached
Any shipping charges for the original order are final and will not be refunded.

Gift sets must be returned as a set, individual items cannot be returned, online returns only.

Mail: Return online orders by mail
You can also log in to the “My Account” or “Order Status” section of the website to start a return.

Follow the packing instructions included with the return label.
Track your package by clicking “Track Your Return” in your return confirmation email or by using the tracking number provided on your return label.
Please allow 1-2 business days from the time the item arrives at our warehouse to process your return. Please allow additional time during busy holiday periods.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account
We will notify you via email once the return process is complete and the refund has been issued.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Please note that unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Exchanges
We are unable to provide online exchanges. You may return your order using the stardealsmart free return label within 30 days of the date of purchase and place a new order for the product you wish to exchange.
