Transportation policy
All orders can enjoy free standard delivery and return.

Please note:
Your order may be issued from different warehouses; in this case, we will notify you related to each track number related to the email address associated with your order.

All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, except for holidays. The general order processing time is 1-2 days, and the transportation time takes 8-15 working days.

Some rural addresses may take longer to get.

Backorder Policy

At TRANSFLOW SERVICES LTD, we offer backorders for items temporarily out of stock so you can reserve them in advance.

Payment: Full payment is required when placing a backorder.

Shipping: Backordered items will ship as soon as they are restocked, with tracking details sent to you.

Cancellations: You may cancel any backorder before it ships for a full refund.

Restock Dates: Estimated restock dates are provided but may change due to unforeseen delays.
